I would give a zero review after my sons stressful experience yesterday . On arriving at the centre all the requirements needed and test were completed before 1.30 but the man for some reason told us to book the time slot for 2.00 I did wonder why at the time but we did as he advised . We didn’t receive the result until 18.05, this made our last few hours with our son very stressful as they closed the gate for his flight at 17.55 but thanks to the lovely helpful staff they said he could wait another 10 minutes and they would rush him through and as it was the fault of the test centre they would reschedule his flight which was a great relief to us as we thought he would not only miss his flight but also the £1200 pounds for the flight. It wasn’t a case of last minute on our part as we had been let down by a service we had used that had promised the test would be delivered 24 hours before we set off it hadn’t tuned up so we feel we have been let down twice . What should have been an enjoyable last few hours with our son, it was a horrible rollercoaster ride that we never want to experience again . Also having no contact number added to the stress as even the staff were trying to contact them for us. I can’t praise the Heathrow staff enough with ANA Airways.

As with the writer of the previous review, I have been promised a refund and despite chasing 4 times I have received no response from the Customer service team.
Very disappointing!

Order failed but can't get a response for refund..
Booked a test but the online order process failed. So no evidence of booking but money deducted from my account. They agreed to refund and asked for my details. Not heard anything back despite chasing on mail & chat for the past 3 weeks. Really shouldn't be this hard but hoping this might trigger a response..

Customer Service is an alien concept to this company.

Just like other reviewers, I sat on a voucher for a year because they don’t issue refunds. Now I try to spend it on some home test kits and everything is out of stock. Their response - tough luck!!!!…..not even a commitment to extend the voucher until they re-stock.

Avoid this company at all costs!

They don't offer a refund for a test I needed to cancel. Was issued a voucher of £113.28 that I cannot use since I don't need any travel tests at the moment and their home tests are sold out (not to mention that are overpriced)

My voucher will expire in January next year and will not be able to use it!

Money lost, or should I say stolen from me by this unworthy company as I could not find their customer service number online anywhere.

I ordered 3 test last year £240 they…
I ordered 3 test last year £240 they weren’t needed so they sent me 3 voucher codes they only last 12 months so mine ran out 19 th December 5 days ago and it’s been so hard trying to contact them as I needed a booking which I didn’t have .I have managed to speak to someone by text and they said it’s run out so nothing they can do ,the thing is we don’t need any test for most places now so a waste of £240 so now I will contact my bank to see what they say

Update following their reply:
I would happily adhere to their t&cs and use my voucher if they have given me reasonable options to use it. They only offer unnecessary and on-site tests now. And I would even need to travel to do a test I don't need since their shop where I live has closed! Useless

Complaint form on website a joke
I have now tried (and failed!) multiple times to submit a form on your website, as per your instructions, to explain a complaint I have also raised with your customer services directly and via this forum as well. What an absolute joke of a company. All I want is a refund for services we did not use - surely in 2022 that should not be quite this difficult!

I ordered a home test kit 2 weeks in advanced. After many exchanges via email, they wanted to deliver it 1 week after I had already traveled.

Not only this was very stressful having to find another provider very very last minute, also I have since then been waiting for a refund. It has been over a month.

Completely unacceptable.

I used this company before and was happy with it but it’s no longer what it was.


EDIT:
Thanks for your response, but I have been doing that for a month. And my refund has not been processed yet.
May I suggest your contact forms are actioned?

We have done our PCR test in last…
We have done our PCR test in last minutes after finding out that PCR test was required on the flight. We went to this place and staff guided us all the way. Staff was knowledgeable,friendly and helpful,(i wish i couldrememberher name). We had to book it online and made payment online. They done the test straight away, We were told that the result will be delivered in 4h but we received email with results in 2h and 15 minutes. Good service and highly recommended. 5 starts

Quick and easy
Very easy to book, convenient location at the airport T3. We arrived there was no queue, just needed to present QR code and passport. Actual test took less than a minute, the lady was very calming, professional and gentle! I booked the same day test and had the results super quick in a few hours. Highly recommend Express Test

Airport Edinburgh? Is not in the airport.
They move the placement in the Edinburgh airport. And still saying is in the airport, when is 30min walk. I lose my flight cause of that. So don’t book with them. You have a other company making test INSIDE the airport for same price, not in the other part of the parking. Obviously they don’t return you the money, even if you don’t use the appointment.

Quick and painless!
No issues at all with my fit to fly covid test which I had booked online for testing at Terminal 4, Heathrow. On arrival I found there was no queue so I was tested straightaway, and I then went off for a coffee while I waited for the result, due to be sent by email. Fortunately it was negative and I was therefore ‘Fit to Fly’ - and off I went, up, up, and away! Thank you Express Test.

Speedy and pleasant
Staff were friendly and pleasant, making this a perfectly agreeable experience, against all expectations after the test I had in Southampton a month previously (a different company). I did have some trouble accessing my results - I would have preferred to receive the results and fit-to-fly certificate directly in an email, instead of having to access the company's website (and remember a password). I received the results in 40 minutes or less as promised, though I had allowed myself an hour and a half. I wasn't asked to produce the certificate on arrival in Spain.
